Ingram - Hagen & Co., P. L. C., a surveying and civil engineering firm consisting of seven (7) persons, is  located in Mount Crawford, Virginia.  The firm was formed early in 1992 as an outgrowth of David Lee Ingram & Associates, Inc., which was first formed in 1976.  The professional staff consists of two (2) licensed professional engineers and two (2) licensed land surveyors.  The combined experience of the professional staff totals over 90 years in engineering and surveying.

Surveying:   Ingram - Hagen is one of the long established surveying firms in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.  Surveying services include boundary surveys, topographic surveys, title surveys, horizontal and vertical control surveys, flood elevation surveys, right-of-way determination, construction stakeout and subdivision of land.

Planning:   Ingram - Hagen is experienced in moving land development projects from the conceptual stage to the design stage.  Our knowledge of the local regulatory process enables us to achieve the client's objectives while addressing regulatory issues during the planning phase.  As an example, Ingram - Hagen recently prepared the largest subdivision master plan on record in Augusta County, Virginia.

Civil Engineering Design:   Ingram - Hagen has provided civil engineering design services for large and small projects including subdivisions, townhouse and apartment complexes, nursing homes, banks, office buildings, restaurants, schools, resorts and surface mining operations.
